Charles Chastain is the Director of Surveying for HUB Engineers and has over 30 years of experience as a Professional Land Surveyor. Charles oversees property boundary surveys and preparation of legal descriptions, topography surveys and mapping, construction staking and layout including residential, utilities, transportation projects in Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Our Mission
Founded in 1971 by Max Holloway, Holloway Engineering was created as a firm focused on providing water and waste water design solutions to the state of Oklahoma. By 1980, the now Holloway, Updike & Bellen, Inc. (HUB), had expanded to offer a full spectrum of engineering services including surveying, transportation design, storm water solutions, and construction services. Since that time, HUB has designed and overseen the successful completion of countless projects across the state. Because of our qualified staff and design process, HUB is able to handle jobs of any magnitude. Whether it be a culvert replacement, or treatment facility, HUB treats every project with the upmost attention to detail and performance.
Through dedication to our craft, HUB earns considerable repeat business from clientele. We consider this a compliment and count it a duty to never take this trust for granted. Our office understands each scope presents a unique set of challenges and strives to make every project better than its predecessor.
