Founded in 1971 by Max Holloway, Holloway Engineering was created as a firm focused on providing water and waste water design solutions to the state of Oklahoma. By 1980, the now Holloway, Updike & Bellen, Inc. (HUB), had expanded to offer a full spectrum of engineering services including surveying, transportation design, storm water solutions, and construction services.
